I’m extremely proactive, and I don’t just focus on creating exceptional experiences—I’m all about building a strong UX culture within an organisation. I actively work to optimise processes and push for initiatives that improve the product development lifecycle. When it comes to advocating for the user, I’m not afraid to debate with anyone (with research and data in hand, of course!) to make sure their needs are prioritised. I love collaborating with teams, exploring new ideas with AI, and mentoring others to help create a more user-centered approach across the board.
